*CDT Booster Meetings will be held one Monday a month during the Winter Season.*
Attend Booster Club meetings (prefer members do not miss more than two meetings)
Vote on items identified by board
Respond to email correspondence in a timely matter
Create a supportive environment - board members, parents, coaches & team members
Adhere to bylaws and rules of incorporation
Chair and/or assist with fundraisers and events as needed
Plan, schedule and facilitate booster meetings
Create meeting agendas
Appoint chairs as applicable
Ensure calendar events are executed
Authorize bylaws and rules of incorporation
Ensure that all board actions are in accordance with the bylaws and rules of incorporation
Support President role as needed
Solicit volunteers for fundraising and team events
Oversee fundraising planning and execution
Maintain CDT Website
Oversees finanaces
Ensure legal compliance
Submit yearly tax forms
Provide Booster Club members with monthly treasurer's report
Create and maintain budget
Ensure current and projected financial obligations are available to members
Maintain team roster
Maintain team calendar (Coach Sarah)
Take meeting notes, document attendance at all booster meetings
Create and distribute minutes to all parents - minutes to include attendance roster
Filter and send all email correspondence to the team
